• Licensed Home Health Administrator in TX
• RN licensed in Texas
• 2+ years of administrator leadership experience
• 2+ years of home health experience
• Experience with OASIS and EMR Homecare Homebase

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate clinical documentation and budgeting to support patient safety and care quality.
• Direct staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation to ensure policy adherence.
• Present reports and insights to executive leadership; participate in state and federal surveys.
• Act as executive branch leader with responsibility for strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and operations.
• Foster an engaged branch culture aligned with company values and patient-centered service.
