TheraCare in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Administrator to lead the home health branch. The role oversees administrative policies and high-quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

As the branch leader, you will drive budgeting, staffing, and executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate will have TX licensure, 2+ years in administration and home health leadership, strong documentation skills, and a passion for compassionate care.

Qualificações

• Licensed Home Health Administrator in TX
• 2+ years of experience in an Administrator leadership role
• 2+ years of experience in Home Health
• RN licensed in Texas or in accordance with NLC rules
• Experience in OASIS
• Experience with EMR Homecare Homebase (Both field & back office)
• Excellent communication, assessment skills, time management and strong clinical documentation skills
• Demonstrates proven decision-making skills
• Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance

Responsabilidades

• Oversee timely and accurate clinical documentation while managing budgeting and fiscal operations to support patient safety and overall quality of care
• Direct and oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation to ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures
• Understanding of reporting and ability to present to leadership
• Provide executive leadership during state and federal surveys
• Serve as executive branch leader with responsibility for strategic direction, regulatory compliance and operational outcomes
• Organize and oversee the agency’s daily operations
• Foster an engaged and supportive branch culture aligning with company values and patient-centered service
