HomeFirst Home Healthcare in Nashville, TN seeks an RN Home Health Administrator to lead day-to-day operations and ensure quality home health services. The role emphasizes OASIS data assessment experience, supervision of staff, budgeting, and regulatory compliance within a patient-centered care framework.

The Administrator coordinates admissions, discharges, and service delivery, while driving fiscal planning, policy development, and staff education to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Tennessee.
• OASIS data assessment tool experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in home health or related health program.
• Demonstrated health services administration experience and strong communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct staff in admissions, discharge and provision of service to patients.
• Implement budgeting and assure accuracy for billing procedures.
• Develop, implement and evaluate budget plan, cost control, and financial policies and procedures.
• Lead initiatives in fiscal planning, budgeting and management.
• Recruit, hire, review, and supervise qualified staff and ensure adequate staff education and evaluations.
• Ensure staff development including orientation, in-service and continuing education.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state accrediting bodies and local rules and regulations.
• Direct and monitor organizational Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
• Review Agency manuals once per year for completeness.
• Ensure Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours.
• Uniformly enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
• Organizes and directs Agency’s ongoing liaison among the governing body and staff.
