Job summary

The RN Administrative Supervisor (Consultant) at Serenity Home Health Care in Milwaukee, WI oversees the coordination, implementation, and quality assurance of in-home personal care services to align with MO HealthNet standards.

You will supervise personal care staff, review documentation for accuracy, and collaborate with DHSS or designee on service changes, while ensuring compliance and safe, quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or related setting.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to supervise non-clinical staff.
• Excellent documentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with Missouri Medicaid regulations, EVV, and related standards.
• Willingness to travel locally with reliable transportation.
• Must pass background screenings (FCSR, EDL, OIG).

Responsibilities

• Ensures services comply with participant plans, Medicaid regulations, and agency policies.
• Conducts monthly reviews of aide service documentation for accuracy.
• Performs annual on-site evaluations for each personal care aide.
• Approves changes to care plans based on supervision visits and observations.
• Makes recommendations to DHSS or designee regarding service changes.
• Participates in orientation and ongoing training of personal care aides.
• Assigns trainers for supervised on-the-job training.
• Communicates changes in participant condition to DHSS and documents it.
• Ensures infection control and reporting per DHSS/OSHA.
• Maintains supervision and evaluation records for audits.
• Participates in case conferences to coordinate care.
• Monitors compliance with grievance procedures and participant rights.
