Description:This role is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health.The nurse will be responsible for providing home visits to patients.The typical daily caseload will involve visiting 5 to 8 patients.Weekly productivity expectations are set at 30 points.Visit types include Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-up visits, and other home health services.Travel is expected within a 50-75 mile radius.Candidates must have reliable transportation a valid driver's license and liability insurance.Mileage for travel between patient homes will be reimbursed.Documentation for patient visits must be completed within 24 hours.There are no guaranteed hours with this contract.The nurse should accept all scheduled patients regardless of distance from previous appointments.All overtime must be pre-approved.First-time travelers are not accepted; recent specialty experience is required.
