Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health RN to provide in-home nursing care and patient education across the community. You’ll assess conditions, manage care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support independence for patients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred.
