Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus seeks a Home Health RN to deliver skilled nursing care in patients\' homes, assess conditions, educate families, and collaborate with the care team. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay support autonomy in a compassionate environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes

What You’ll Need

• Active RN license
• 1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred

Compensation range: $40.04- $72.09. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
