Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Home Health RN to visit patients in their homes, provide skilled nursing care, and help patients manage their health while remaining independent at home.

You will assess conditions, educate patients and families, manage individualized plans of care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• 1+ year nursing experience; home health preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
