Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse in the Kansas City, MO, and surrounding areas.

Available Shifts: PRN

Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled visits and patient interactions daily
• Educate patients on health conditions such as CHF, COPD, and Diabetes
• Provide wound care and medication management
• Change dressings, bandages, and devices as prescribed
• Document patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including therapists

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Compassionate customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
