Seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse in the Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: Competitive

Job Duties

1. Perform Skilled Visits
2. Engage in day-to-day patient interactions
3. Educate patients on health conditions such as CHF, COPD, Diabetes
4. Provide Wound Care
5. Manage Medications
6. Change dressings, bandages, and contraptions as prescribed
7. Document patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals like Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

Requirements

• Active RN Nursing License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Compassionate customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
