Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Description:This position is for a Home Health Registered Nurse.The nurse will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes.Candidates must have recent experience in adult home health or hospice.This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance.The nurse will travel between patient homes and attend periodic office meetings.An average daily caseload of 5 to 10 patients is expected.Weekly productivity expectations range from 30 to 32 points.Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each patient visit.All clinicians must meet productivity expectations and may be required to float to another location if patient census is low.There are on-call responsibilities, including weekend rotations.Failure to accept scheduled patients may result in contract cancellation.No guaranteed hours are associated with this contract.
