Job summary

Fute is seeking a registered nurse for home health in Colorado on a 13-week contract. The role covers in-home assessment, care plan development, and coordination with care teams, with emphasis on accurate EMR documentation.

Requires an active Colorado RN license or compact license, BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and critical-thinking skills. Home health experience and familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) are preferred.
