Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in West Virginia seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home patient care across Kingwood, Philippi, Grafton, and Bridgeport with 1:1 care and a focus on dignity and comfort.

The role requires an RN license, ADN/AAS, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation. Flexible FT/PT/PRN shifts and daily pay options support work-life balance; overtime is not required and patient safety is priority.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or AAS required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the relevant state.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.
• Trach/vent experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of nursing practice.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV/fluids with thorough documentation.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, assist with hygiene.
• Assess for additional injuries or infections and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and health professionals to ensure outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

• Providein-homedirect patient care according to theprovider'sprescribed plan of care (and nursingscope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery.
• Assessand document patient conditions and reportchangesas needed (vitals,blood/stool/urine, glucose,etc.)
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids;documenting thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene.
• Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

To qualify for a Registered Nurse (RN) with us, you will need:

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
