Care Advantage Inc is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Supervisor to provide clinical leadership across Staunton VA, Charlottesville VA, and surrounding areas. You will mentor caregivers, coordinate with physicians, and ensure high-quality home care for patients and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and patient advocacy, with a flexible PRN schedule and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven home care organization.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA (Compact License accepted where applicable).
• ADN or higher required.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the service territory and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and admissions.
• Develop and oversee personalized plans of care.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervise caregivers and nursing staff.
• Complete accurate patient records and nursing documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform in-home supervisory visits and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
