Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Minnesota seeks an experienced Home Care Nursing Supervisor, RN, to oversee clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care across home health services.

The role requires Minnesota RN licensure, 2+ years of RN experience (1+ year in supervision) and travel within the service area. We offer strong benefits and professional development in a locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Minnesota in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, preferably in home care, and at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Able to travel within the geographic area served; reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises, evaluates, motivates and develops professional and paraprofessional employees.
• Follows accepted standards of clinical practice.
• Uses clinical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the home care team to efficiently manage the patient population.
• Contributes to business growth by presenting information, education and support to external customers as requested.
• Provides case management in the field when needed.
