Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Rolla, MO is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead our habilitation office serving the Rolla/Lebanon area. This role focuses on directing care, supervising staff, and ensuring person-centered plans are executed with quality and compassion.

You’ll develop care plans, oversee staff performance, conduct orientations and competencies, and collaborate with Case Managers, families, and clients to meet individual goals.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of experience as an RN.
• 2+ years of experience working with the IDD Population (Qualified Professional).
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
• Make regular client visits to evaluate client progress and ensure services align with the plan and definitions
• Evaluate progress of goals identified in the plan
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators
• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and state regulations

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our Rolla, MO Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Rolla/Lebanon area.

Compensation- $90,000-$95,000 depending on qualifications

As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation
