Job summary

Home Link International Inc is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team in Vineland, NJ. You will deliver high-quality, personalized care in patients' homes, coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and independence.

The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license and CPR/BLS certification, with strong assessment, education, and patient-centered communication skills to support families in managing illnesses at home.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in home care or community nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and skilled nursing services at home.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy as ordered.
• Monitor progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team.
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies.
