Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for adult patients in Colorado. The RN will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.

Responsibilities include initiating and adjusting care plans, administering medications and treatments, responding to patient changes, and delivering discharge planning and education as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Health certificate and PPD or X-ray required.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
