Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to provide holistic patient care using the hospital's practice model. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while partnering with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements include Ohio RN licensure, BLS prior to patient contact, ACLS within 6 months for certain units, and BSN within 5 years for hires after 2010. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio is required to practice.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS is required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• BSN must be completed within 5 years for hires after Jan 2010.
• MSN or DNP are not required but may supersede BSN requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide age and culturally specific patient care and education.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the hospital model.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team; use SBAR for handoffs.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing actions and patient education.
• Maintain safety and infection control; participate in professional development.
