Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking a part-time RN to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care across the continuum. The nurse will practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and lead quality improvement efforts, including mentoring others.

Required are a nursing degree, RN license with BLS, and strong communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• RN with evidence of BSN within five years if started after April 1, 2020.
• One year RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; EMR experience preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• State licensure and specialty certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• May be required to drive personal vehicle for the role.
