• Assist with providing Risk Management services to hospital and clinical departments.
• Review and process legal requests to ensure HIPAA compliance and proper medical records release.
• Review medical records for potential risk issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the Shield reporting system for hospital and clinic incidents.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and produce detailed medical summaries.
