Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Two years nursing experience preferred, with supervisory or management exposure.
• Experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong assessment, triage, and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee clinical operations and resident care with the Director of Health and Wellness.
• Create and manage schedules for personal care staff and ensure adequate coverage.
• Respond to staffing call-offs and fill shifts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to clinical care and safety.
• Participate in resident assessments and service planning with regular reviews.
