Job summary

The role requires RN licensure, a BS or equivalent, and experience in assisted living. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, training, regulatory compliance, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• RN licensure as specified by state licensing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
• Completion of dementia training within 6 months of hire date

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, evaluate, discipline, and terminate nurses and medication assistants.
• Determine staffing levels and prepare staffing schedules.
• Ensure proper training and certification of staff as required by state guidelines.
• Provide staff in-service training and annual continuing education.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and maintain records and regulatory compliance.
