Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing (RN) is required.
• Six (6) years of direct work experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and must maintain.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates nursing and clerical staff in a correctional setting.
• Ensures staffing coverage, scheduling, and staff training.
• Maintains licensure and ensures compliance with pharmacy laws and safety policies.
• Contributes to quality assurance and infection control efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
