Qualifications

• RN with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

• Basic computer skills and Windows navigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plans and interventions to improve patient health outcomes.
• Ensure infection prevention protocols and safety standards are followed.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care to team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Engage in professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Respond promptly to code situations and stabilize patients.
