The Eisenhower Center in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation-focused team serving residents with TBI, I/DD, MI, and ASD. Responsibilities include administering medications, developing care plans with the multidisciplinary team, documenting meticulously, and educating residents and staff while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Required: current MI RN license and 3+ years of nursing experience; strong EMR skills; valid driver's license;

Formación

• Current and valid RN license in Michigan.
• Minimum of 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting.
• Advanced proficiency in documentation requirements.
• Experience with TBI, I/DD, MI, and ASD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents with TBI, I/DD, MI, and ASD.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the treatment team.
• Educate residents and staff about health conditions and self-care.
