Qualifications

• Completion of a coach preparation course approved by the NBHWC.
• Achieve board certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual/group coaching sessions to promote wellness and chronic condition management.
• Develop personalized wellness plans with clients.
• Facilitate health promotion programs and contribute to wellness program offerings.
