Job summary

Blanchard Valley Medical Practices is seeking an RN to provide nursing care and assist providers in addressing patient health needs. The role spans coordination with multiple BVMP locations to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include patient data management, chart documentation, patient education, and collaboration with providers on treatment plans. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Positive, service-oriented interpersonal communication skills required.
• Position may require work at multiple BVMP Practices as needed.
• Experience with throat cultures, urinalysis, glucometer, and related items; EMR experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop interactions for health-related services to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Identify unique physical and emotional needs of each patient.
• Manage clinical patient data.
• Assist Provider with patient care as required.
• Follow directions from the provider and assist with chart documentation.
• Educate patients on medical diagnoses/test results.
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Providers regarding patient condition, orders, and treatment plan.
• Know department structure and communicate through proper channels.
• Maintain ongoing educational experiences for skill level.
