Job summary

La Paz Regional Hospital & Clinics in Parker, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with nursing standards and hospital policies. You’ll provide high-quality care and supervise others as needed, tailoring care to patient age and condition.

You will collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of practice or Multi-State RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
TNCC within 6 months of hire
2–3 years of experience in the relevant clinical area
For H1B candidates: Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients’ physical, mental, social, and cultural needs; review medical history and test results
Care Planning: Create and adjust individualized care plans with patients, families, and the care team
Care Delivery: Provide hands-on care, follow doctors’ orders, supervise other staff
Evaluate Outcomes: Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Documentation: Record assessments, plans, treatments, and patient responses
Education and Support: Educate patients, families, and staff; mentor new nurses or students
Quality Improvement: Support initiatives for better patient outcomes and participate in professional development
Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
