Job summary
Waterview Health & Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will oversee nursing staff, provide high-quality care to residents, and ensure medical and personal needs are met in a supportive environment.
We offer diverse shifts and welcome new grads. Full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay up to $47.60/hr, insurance, PTO, shift differentials, growth opportunities, and weekly staff appreciation.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia required.
- New grads must provide ATT or letter to test.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making.
- Compassionate, empathetic, patient-focused.
- Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidential records.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health status and vital signs.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to deliver care.
- Coordinate with physicians and other professionals.
- Educate residents and families on health management.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
