Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join Villa at Beecher Place. The RN cares for residents through assessment, planning, and evaluation, including med administration and adherence to standards. The role supports direct supervision of CNAs and coordination with physicians.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, current CPR, and 1 year of experience; long-term care experience is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college.
• Possess a current RN license to practice in the State.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per regulations.
• Record and transcribe physician orders to charts and MAR.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Direct and supervise day-to-day CNA services to ensure compliant care.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed to meet individual needs.
