Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time Progressive Care Unit night shift. This onsite role offers a structured orientation and opportunities to grow in a technically complex environment.

The position emphasizes direct patient care, precepting new staff, and contributing to safety and quality of care. It includes a multi-phase orientation for those new to critical care and access to UCHealth's total rewards program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
• 6 months nursing (RN) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth
• Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care
