UnitedHealth Group is seeking an RN Endoscopy Center Clinical Supervisor at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Las Vegas. The role leads daily nursing operations, coordinates interprofessional care, and ensures regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has perioperative nursing experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible full-time external candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 2+ years ASC experience and demonstrated leadership.
• Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards in surgical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Document assessments, interventions, and education accurately and timely.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff and promote best practices.
• Coordinate care between patients, families, surgeons, and staff.
• Assist anesthesia during induction and support OR patient care.
• Manage medications, inventory, and supplies safely.
• Maintain a compliant, clean, safe patient care environment.
• Foster professional relationships with patients and team members.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to ASC policies.
