Job summary

Lions Rehab Center in Cumberland, Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated clinical team. You will provide direct patient care, lead assessments, and collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and LPNs to support residents across daily care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland (or Multistate).
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—and we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed.
• Document accurately in EMR.
