Job summary

Bronte Health and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time position involves providing high-quality patient care to residents and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs and CNAs, coordinating admissions/discharges, and documenting changes in resident status. RN license and CPR certification required, long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Direct the activities of licensed practical nurses and CNAs in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in admission, discharge, and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess changes in residents' status and notify physician and family as needed.
