King Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver advanced nursing care to residents in a team-focused facility. You will apply clinical expertise while leading the unit and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The role supports patients through complex care planning, education, and discharge coordination, with a focus on compassionate, dignified resident experiences and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate nursing program with strong clinical foundations.
• Active RN license to practice in New Jersey.
• Ability to work independently and with a healthcare team.
• TB test and health checks required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Lead and educate on nursing skills in daily unit activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care goals.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions with residents and families.
• Manage daily clinical flow and uphold evidence-based care standards.
• Facilitate shift handovers and disseminate clinical data to staff.
• Participate in QA activities and ensure compliance with regulatory codes.
