Job summary

Care Plus Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL. The RN will deliver direct nursing care and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure patient safety and compliance with care plans.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care plan updates, and documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills are essential for coordinating resident care and maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Assess residents’ health status and develop/update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ conditions and notify physicians/families as needed.
• Provide skilled nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, and tube feedings per physician orders.
