Care Plus Management's Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring care aligns with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans, and all federal/state regulations.

The role involves resident assessments, medication administration, care plan updates, thorough documentation, MDS participation, and leadership duties to promote teamwork in a fast-paced geriatric

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AA/BSN).
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Resident Care: assess health status, develop/update care plans, administer meds and treatments, monitor changes, and perform skilled nursing procedures as ordered.
• Assessment & Documentation: complete nursing assessments, chart medications/treatments, participate in MDS, maintain regulatory records.
• Leadership & Supervision: supervise LPNs and CNAs, conduct shift handoffs, participate in staff training and evaluations.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control, HIPAA, safety guidelines, and respond to emergencies.
