Job summary

You will provide patient-centered nursing care for complex surgical patients, spanning pre- and post-operative recovery, and collaborate with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams. The role offers diverse surgical exposure, supportive staffing models, flexible scheduling with self-scheduling and balanced weekend rotations, and clear pathways

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS certification.
• Current state nursing license.
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical nursing care.
• Support patients through pre- and post-operative recovery.
