Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is hiring an RN for direct patient care in an outpatient clinic. The role involves preparing patients, managing patient flow, assisting with procedures, administering medications, and supporting scheduling and referrals within the EMR system.

The position offers Full-time, 10-hour day shifts. Requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, NM licensure (or compact state), and active BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in ambulatory care settings per clinic staffing models.
• Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in ambulatory care settings per clinic staffing models.
• Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols.
• Ensures safe, timely, effective, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients.
• Other duties as required.
