Vibra Healthcare in Lincoln, ND is recruiting Registered Nurses for a new hospital opening in 2027. This full-time role offers day and night shifts with a $20k bonus opportunity and a path via a Clinical Career Ladder to increase pay with each level completed.

Vibra supports career growth and top-quality bedside care. Applicants must hold an active RN license in the state, maintain BLS, and obtain ACLS within six months.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor within 6 months.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise care plans for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise other staff per the Nurse Practice Act.
• Promote Vibra Healthcare's mission and quality standards.
• Foster professional relationships and clinical expertise per specialty.
