Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Fargo, part of Vibra Healthcare, is looking for registered nurses to join our team. This 31-bed Critical Care Hospital provides acute care and supports professional growth through our Clinical Career Ladder and a $10,000 bonus for full-time employment.

As an RN, you will develop and implement care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. ACLS/BLS required with state RN license.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff per policy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality, safe care.

Skills

RN license in state of employment

BLS certification

ACLS certification within six months
