Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks Registered Nurses to join our team in a new hospital opening in 2027. We offer full-time day and night shifts and a $20k bonus opportunity, with a new clinical career ladder for progression.

Candidates must be licensed as an RN in the employing state, hold a current BLS, and obtain ACLS within six months of hire. Acute care experience is preferred as we deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment is required.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor is required.
• ACLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of hire.
• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families, aligning with Vibra Healthcare's mission.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
