Job summary

ERP International is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL. The RN will coordinate patient care with a broad healthcare team and ensure adherence to policies and standards in the military medical setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Minimum 24 months of full-time nursing experience in the last 36 months.
• ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program graduate.
• Must possess current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Must pass Government background check/security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate achievement of optimal outcomes in clinical care, quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and policies in the MTF.
• Perform physical exams and health histories.
• Provide health promotions, counseling and education.
• Administer medications, vaccines, wound care, and related interventions.
• Direct care of patients carried out by supporting staff as required.
• Refer patients and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
