Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Minimum 24 months of full-time nursing experience within the last 36 months, preferably in primary care.
• Current, active RN licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Perform physical exams and obtain health histories.
• Provide health promotions, counseling and education.
• Administer medications, vaccines, wound care, and related interventions.
• Direct care of patients with support staff and assign tasks based on scope of practice.
