Job summary

Generations Healthcare Lakeside Special Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Full Time PM or NOC shifts in Lakeside, CA. Wage range is $48-$52/hr DOE. Sign-on bonus active for new hires and expires 12/31/26.

The RN will monitor residents, implement treatments, develop care plans, administer medications, and ensure the highest standard of care in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered California RN license.
Experience in a skilled or behavioral facility preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Excellent customer service and patient care attitude.

Responsibilities

Monitor residents and implement treatments.
Develop residents' care plans and administer medications.
Provide high-quality care while complying with regulations and policies.
