Job summary
Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time day and night shifts at our new hospital opening in 2027. A $20k bonus opportunity is available, with a new Clinical Career Ladder offering pay increases upon completion of Novice to Expert levels.
Responsibilities include developing and revising patient care plans, providing direct nursing care, and supervising care delivery in line with the Nurse Practice Act. Strong acute care skills and professional demeanor are valued.
Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
- Previous acute care experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image; strong organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise delegated nursing tasks per Nurse Practice Act.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
