Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time role. The RN will develop and implement care plans, provide direct patient care, and supervise nursing activities to ensure high quality outcomes.

The position supports Vibra's Clinical Career Ladder with pay increases after successful completion of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels, plus a $15k bonus for full-time staff and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise others in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, and support professional relationships.
