Job summary

People, Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to support medically involved individuals in a 24-hour residential environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. The RN will provide premium services to residents in our care.

Responsibilities include structured daily routines, medication administration, family visit facilitation, and adherence to individual service plans. A strong emphasis on humane treatment and safety drives the team’s work.

Qualifications

• MA state nursing license or RN license required.
• Criminal background check and valid driver’s license required.
• TB screening and a medical exam upon hire, with TB updates every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured daily routines including house meetings, outings, meal prep, ADL care, and medication distribution while upholding human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in ISPs.
• De-escalation and crisis management when needed to ensure safety of others.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The RN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
