Job summary

People, Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to join our 24-hour supported home program for medically involved individuals. You will provide medication administration, daily living assistance, and support families in a rights-based care setting.

The role requires MA LPN or RN license, a background check, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date TB screening and physical.

Qualifications

• MA LPN or RN license required (state license).
• TB screening and physical required upon hire.
• Criminal background check and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured routine including activities, outings, meals, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs per ISPs.
• De-escalation and crisis management as needed to ensure safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
